Cheese cake

I'd made 2 cheese cake . They are seriously so beautiful and i'm not sure weather  it taste good or not . but i have the confident that they TASTE GOOOOD :D
Down here are the list of ingredients and the price .
Crust:
120 g unsalted butter - RM 4.50
120 g cracker , crushed - RM 4.00

Filling:
250 g cream cheese - RM 13.50
200 g dairy whipping cream - RM 7.40
160 g castor sugar - RM 4.20
150 ml full cream milk - RM 12.00
2 1/2 rablespoon gelatine powder - (RM 2.90) , mixed in 5 table spoon water and boiled until dissolve 

Method  ;)

1. Crust : Combine crushed cracker and butter . Mix well . Pour into the round shape spring form baking tin .Press until firm and put into the frigde to chill for 1/2 hour .

2. Filling : Beat cream cheese  until soft at moderate speed . Next , use another mixing bowl beat dairy  whipping cream at medium speed for 2-3 minutes .


3 . Add boiled gelatine into the beaten dairy whipping cream . Then pour into the cream cheese and mix well. After it mixed , pour the mixture onto the crust and put into the fridge and chill for 2 hours .



4. Can also decorate the cake with cooking chocolate . Put it on the top of the cheese cake if desire . That's all easy and yummy :D

 another one for picnic tomorrow morning :P
